Apollo 36x PTZ or Hikvision 23x PTZ, which do i get?!

Hi All,

 

So im replacing my old PTZ, and have the opportunity of buying an Apollo 36x 540TVL Speed Dome (which i understand is an old(ish model) but was expensive at the time, or a Hikvision DS-2AE5164-A 23x Speed Dome

 

understand one is 36x and the other is 23x zoom, both seem to have WDR

 

Hikvision is 700TVL and Apollo is 540TVL

 

Is the more expensive Apollo the one to go for, or the newer Hikvision?
