HELP - Samsung SNP-3302HP Login Fail

Hi

 

Hope someone can help

 

I bought a 2nd hand Samsung SNP-3302HP (along with a load of other stuff)

 

Plugged the Camera in with the PoE Cable, all working fine. Logged in using the default settings and applied a static IP and new password.

 

Moved the camera to site, and now I cannot log into the camera at all, using the default username and password (admin, 4321) or any other combination. I am 99.99% sure I am getting the password right, but it won't let me in.

I installed iPOLiS and have confirmed the username is still 'admin' but can't get it to log in.

 

Does anyone know how to factory reset these cameras without the password?

 

I took the think apart trying to find a Reset Button, but it does not seem to have one? Or not an obvious one anyway. The User guide does not reference a reset switch for this model either - https://www.samsung-security.com/SAMSUNG/upload/Product_Specifications/SNP-3371_UserManual.pdf
