HappyDays 0 Posted July 10, 2015 I have several QVIS cameras and all show video except 1. I've tried to reboot the DVR but no luck. It seems to be disconnected/offline. Maybe the line to this 1 camera is no longer working. Unfortunately, it's not a simple take out wire and replace to test. How would you go about troubleshooting this? HappyDays 0 Posted July 28, 2015 Being a non-technical person, I had to get an installer to troubleshoot and find that the camera is dead. It seems this QVIS camera didn't last very long. Does anyone know if QVIS cameras can be replaced by another third party camera that will also be compatible with my NVR? The camera is CC-EYE 2801 2MP POE. The NVR is QVIS' software.
