Chinnyssh 0 Posted November 13, 2015 24/7 used the said DVR i think if there is an over heat unit its smell like a toast? i dont think its over heat or a corrupt firmware? please help me to find solution on this how and where to find FIRMWARE for this model of DVR?? tomcctv 188 Posted November 13, 2015 Hi burning smell will not be fixed with firmware update Your looking at a $80 unit if it smells of burning or gets that hot then it's a power problem bin it How much is the property worth it could burn down ??
