new hub now have cctv problem

hello could someone please help me

i have a Sentient NS401 4 cameras bought from maplin

all have been working great now for some 3 years

but yesterday i was sent a new hub from virgin

i have 2 icons on my PC

CCTV internal IP is working great but CCTV DDNS is not working

i can no longer view my cams on my phone

or view using wifi at home

any help please

it was original set up by tech team from Maplin

what has happened to Maplin forum gone !
