Charity Case

Hello folks,

 

I volunteer for a Branch of a national charity in UK and recently took on responsibility for Branch IT equipment and functions. This includes some Eneo CCTV equipment. There is no manual with the Eneo, no service contract, and the Volunteer that bought it - at least 5 years ago - has left.

 

I am here to hopefully find some pointers on how to operate it. Our charity is , like many, run on a 'wing and a prayer'.

Hi . Good guys at eneo worked on projects with them in the past ...still got the bar bill to prove it

 

They used a number of brands and if over 6 years old they used avermedia ..... Can you take a photo of your unit
