Clearview IP73a defaults

We have taken over some existing IP73A Clearview cameras. However some of the cameras have the default password changed. We can discover them but not login. The manual doesn't show a way to reset.

 

Anyone have a way to reset or find the password? Still checking to see if we can get into the old software to do it.

Hi. Clear view are just drop shippers for IC Realtime.

 

So you have dahua equipment.

 

The camera in question needs to be taken apart to get to the reset pins.

 

You still need to power up the camera while apart. But once apart you need to remove the IR sensor plate and at the top you will see two small brass holes. You need to short them out for 5 seconds to reset camera back to factory.
