Jorn 0 Posted January 14, 2019 I have an issue concerning missing video from an Everfocus DVR. I'm told it's missing simply due to motion detection. Is it possible for a portion of the video to have been edited and a certain segment deleted? I don't have access to the hardware but it is a 16 channel Everfocus DVR. Periodically the video from the .avr file seems to fast forward as well. Is this an issue with recording or does someone need to manually fast forward and record it for it to be on playback after the fact?
tomcctv 190 Posted January 14, 2019 Hi. How important is the footage. Most systems have a watermark embedded into the recorded footage. it will tell you if anything is altered
Jorn 0 Posted January 18, 2019 The footage is incredibly important as if it were there would show an assault that occurred.
Jorn 0 Posted January 18, 2019 I have two different instances of the time being incorrect from what I assume is the watermark in the video and what is the actual clock time displayed below.
Jorn 0 Posted January 20, 2019 Would the time difference suggest video has been deleted?
