lewisIzabella 0 Posted July 10, 2019 Hi all, We are using a Samsung SRN-1000 with 6 cameras and are looking for a way to backup the video (preferably automatically) to a separate set of drives. I have tried using the "backup" feature in SmartViewer v4.9.7, but this exports video at a slower rate than we are recording, making it impossible to create full backups and only useful in situations where you want to export a snippet. With 6 cameras (and more planned) we are recording at around 9-10 Mbits/s and the backup feature only exports at 2 Mbit/s. I'm open to any and all suggestions, hope someone has an idea for me.
