andyh747 0 Posted January 30, 2020 The above model was purchased many years ago so I realise this is a long shot. I've set this unit up for a neighbour. It was working fine when I used it about a year ago and had been running perfectly for many years. However it now refuses to save the configured settings after reboot. Everytime the unit is rebooted it returns to defaults. Although not necessary for saving the settings, I replaced the onboard clock battery just in case but no luck. I would like to flash the firmware but I cannot find any firmware anywhere for this unit as it's so old. I'm not sure what model of Dahua this actually was as it was rebranded under QVIS. Can anyone help with a suitable firmware file or suggest anything else I can try to fix this issue? Have attached flyer for the model in question.
