Huawei HikConnect Setup Issues?

Hi all,

Customer of mine has a Huawei smartphone, but can only view his cameras on the HikConnect app whilst on his own WiFi. Not on 3G/4G or anyone else's WiFi.

I can view his cameras on my own WiFi, though.

Any help?
