Two camera work fine 3nd just spining

Hello two camera work fine but the 3nd one spining  circle i dont know why. I pluged to another port but same cuz is with 8 channel.

Tried to factory reset but that nothing change just reseting settings. Monacor 188 hdvr.

Is work fine if i dont double click to view in large video. In small windows work good.

If i can found any tutorial to rewrite flash.
