tomjkg 0 Posted May 13, 2021 "Config Tool" does not find the camera on the network. How do I "find" the camera .SD49425XB-HNR? The camera is powered by a power injector: TP-link Passive 48 V POE injector 24 W. Then I removed the injector and instead connected 12w and ethernet directly to the router without any result. Sounds like the wrong type of injector also what type of plug-in power did you use needs to be at least 12v 5amp which wire standard did you use for the rj45 thats a big PTZ and needs a lot of power when ir is in (smart ir) also what length is cable to camera Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
