Need FRimware TVT Td-3208h1-c

can you help me to update the tvt recorder firmware for the Td-3208h1-c series.
 the problem is that it can't be seen using super live plus app / autonat.
all settings are correct. thanks

Hi nothing to do with firmware

what devices are you using to connect and how old is it 

try going into accounts and create a new account ……. But use a different password and try and connect then
