Hi I am new to this forum.

I work as a consultant who help Milestone Systems become better at communicating to their customers and potential customers. To become better at understand how they can help them in their decision journey when choosing and using a VMS.

I found this forum, and though I might find some insights here and people to discuss with.

I hope you will be gentle. I am not here to sell anything. I just want to understand better where Milestone System fail (or others) when they try to help customers.
