Need help to get a password

I bought a Tmezon security system and I can log in anyone can help me ?

1. Turn off the DVR (unplug from power)
2. Open up the DVR.
3. Find a small coin battery.
4. Take out the battery for 30 seconds.
5. Place the battery back in.
6. Power up and see if system settings have disappeared.

The battery is used for the clock time keeping but some use it to power the chips storing system data.

I did and stil doesn’t work , I contact the Tmezon and they ask me for a 10 digit serial number so they can get a supper pasword but doesn’t give that option on the screen ! !
