Hikvision ColorVu camera problem

hello 
I have DS-7216HUHI-F2/N Hikvision DVR , tried to add another surveillance camera which is (DS-2CE12HFT-F), it doesn't show any video.
Is DS-7216HUHI-F2/N DVR compatible with the camera mentioned above?

Notes:
I connected the camera with network cable via video BALUN . 
also tried to cover the camera lens but IR light didn't turn on

could you please help me out to solve this problem
any suggestion would be appreciated
