SSG Vision IP Camera Convert CST to UTC

I have SSG Vision IP Camera Model (STD-D10-200-FX-3.6-TDN) product from the USA.

I tried a lot of software but not synced with the live date and time. I used the ONVIF device manager I did everything as much as possible but still did not change CST to UTC .

Any one help me how to fix this issue .
