Old camera died, I have standard coax cable and Cat 5, what camera?

So the camera on my porch died. It's an older USTec with a standard coax connector. The coax runs thru my house to the closet where there is a power adapter to provide power over coax. I know this is old school. It looks like the company I had install the camera when the house was built 15 years ago also ran ethernet to the same box on my porch. I'm wondering, what kind of camera will work? It looks like most modern cameras need a power connector in the box on the porch, but there is none. Is there anything I can do?
