IVMS- 4200 Error 152

I am trying to see what a HIKVISION ip camera captures through the IVMS-4200. It seems that the software detects the camera or its ip address, but when I want to see what this capture does not let me and I get an error HCNetSDK.dll [152]

Has anyone an idea how to fix it?

Hi sounds like your using a secondhand camera that has already been registered 

152 is wrong username

I understand, what happens is that when they gave me the software nobody knew the password and it did not give me the option to change the password, so they told me to delete a file called System so that it asks me to create a new user with their respective password and from that's where I started the process of trying to connect the camera.

Hi it’s nothing to do with software  ….. yes you can protect the software with a password 

but you also need the password that is already on the camera to add it…… or factory reset camera
