Nvr IP issue

I have recently purchased the Hikvision DS-7608NI-I2/8P NVR. With 2 off 8mp hikvision cameras. these connect fine.

I also have a Safire PTZ  - SF-IPSD6625UIWH-2. this was a second hand purchase and was supplied with no ip information etc.

The camera completes its startup routine, when connected. but the nvr cannot seem to find the camera to show a picture.

Could anyone provide some help with this.
