QVIS ORPHEUS 8x channel NVR (lost admin password)

Hi All, 

I have a QVIS ORPHEUS 8x channel NVR (ORPHEUS-NVR-8) that has been installed at my parent's house for years.
They have moved house and I'm attempting to reinstall it, but the admin password I've historically used won't work.
I'm not sure if my dad has been in the settings in the past and changed it, he can't remember, or wont own up.

I have the following access

Admin - missing password (can't log in)
User - 123456 (still in default)
CCTV - blank no password allows a login (a user-level account that still lets me log in but has no admin privileges, nor access to set up a new admin, or default the old one)

I have attached a screenshot of the NVR system settings i can get to when logged in as "CCTV" to show the valid time/date and system info.
I know it's an older model NVR, but I would like to get it re-installed and setup at my parent's house if possible as we still have the cameras that work on it too

Is anyone on the forum able to assist with an admin password reset on this NVR?.
