Want 3-5 MP camera for construction site with zoom

Hi friends,

 

I am building a PG on my plot in Delhi.  I want to install CCTV camera there to view all activities on my mobile via internet.  As I am developing a PG, I can also take DVR of 8 camera which can cover distance of 30 feet which will be installed in the corridor later on but currently I need 1 camera to record all that is going on in the construction site.

 

I will be installing this cctv in my neighbor house using their electricity and may be using a 4g or wifi which will be installed soon (which ever is cheaper - suggestion needed)

The total viewing distance needed is nearly 13-15m from my plot end to neighbor house.

 

Budget for single wifi camera is Rs.4000 aprox and for full setup is Rs.20000/- including 1 camera which I will be using now and 7 camera later on.  I think my current camera should be between 3-5 mp with zoom upto 13-15m.
