I have this client who just forgot the password to his DVR. The brand is REALTIME and I’ve opener up the DVR but discovered it has no reset button and no J1 jumper or any jumpers anywhere. One thing he claims he doesn’t even remember putting a password and I’ve tried all the default passwords I know of and nothing is working. I need help with how to reset this.
