This is a rebdge Zeno/Videopark NVR. What is your NVR IP address? I see you have use Open UPNP to auto detect the camera. With UPNP the IPC need not be in the same gateway. From your list, it looks like you only have 4 IPC which is already added into the NVR. Type 1 & Onvif is the same camera.

You are welcome!

Coax SD camerasThere should be physical dip switch for you to set the camera ID.
-
ID? All i see are the camera names which are all uniqueYou need to set the ID via the camera OSD. BTW, are you using a pair of rs485 for controlling the ptz or UTC? UTC=Up the Coax, for controlling PTZ without needing additional cable. Is it SD or HD camera?
-
Yes, all nine are PTZ'sAre you sure the ID is not duplicated? Check Cam 8 & 9 to see if you have set the ID wrongly.
-
Do you mean all nine are Pan Tilt Camera that moves?

I have a KKMOON S378W-EU camera, can you change the firmware in some way?Because it happens to her something strange how a little work it likes to sometimes put in some strange position. Maybe some better and newer firmware would solve the problem

Does it always goes to the same position when trigger by motion? Otherwise, there is a possibility that someone is watching you

Hello, I am deciding to upgrade my DVR to either Hikvision DS-7216HUHI-F2-N or DS-7216HQHI-F2/N. I was wondering if I can use 3rd party (non hikvision) cameras with these DVR?Yes, most TVI camera can be use. You can also use the 4 in 1 types but set as TVI give the best performance.

I would like to purchase a POE system as I have heard they are a bit better than BNC. Having said that I don't have Ethernet in my garage which is where I would like the cameras installed. Is it possible to use Powerline adapters & power injectors or some sort of POE switch to get ethernet/POE into my garage and keep the NVR inside the house? I called Swann support and they recommends the cameras be plugged directly into the NVR, but they werent sure if it would work with powerline adapters. Can I make a POE system work in the garage?
You do not need POE NVR, just get normal NVR with a pair of Ethernet over Power(Powerline adapter) and @ garage just use a POE switch connect to the EOP.

Check if there is an option for underscan in Display settings.

Hi. With dash cams now being a standard accessory in cars and trucks. We have a high failure rate. Not just from cheap cameras but also $200-$300 cameras
We always install class 10 SD cards and not ones supplied so we know we don't have recording problems.
We have 4 of the Vicovation marcus 5 http://www.vicovation.com
Not cheap at $250. Support was good for two systems but then no reply to emails. With the amount of firmware updates out should of been a warning there was a problem. Also other problems with the Marcus 5.
Does not like heat at all .... And both cameras run hot anyway so summer use they are for ever shutting down.
We have also had to replace power supplies on 2 out of the 4 ... Not good enough to run both the cameras.
The picture quality is one of the best out of all we have used and the added benifit of rear camera also good images
But system is no good with reboot problems system life 13 months
Nextbase is another brand we have 2 of https://www.nextbase.co.uk
Good little small camera but again heat problems ( they just shut down till cool) this has only happened to 1 of the cameras. Customer puts it away when car is parked up. Which prevents using the shock sensor function
It would be interesting to hear what others use and to be honest with how they stand up to everyday use.
Personally, am not using but from what I know I have associates that bought this Anytek Dashcam and they has been using with no issue since he bought during the 2015 CPSE in Shenzhen. BTW, Malaysia weather is hot 7/24 365 days
Note: I will check if it's still working though, since no incidence they might not have try playback.
-
HD doesnt really have to do with the cables. If you want to continue to you current cables you can. you just have to get a AHD or TVI system. Your current cables will not support an IP system (uses cat5 cable).Wrong, there is a converter call EOC, ethernet over coax.

I have a problem with my dahua hcvr5108c-v2 from over a month. The static ip address keeps on changing to:IP : 10.95.190.83
Gateway 10.95.190.206
Primary DNS :1.2.3.4
Secondary DNS: 1.2.3.5
I correct it and every single time it changes to this. I changed passwords, default ip addresses in my dvr and router and all ports in my dvr. Still keeps on changing.
Apart from this all my camera feeds are watermarked HACKED. All camera names are changed to hacked1, hacked2 and so on.
What or who is screwing with me?Also i dont seem to find any new firmware on dahua's website.
The screen already show hacked and you still need to ask? Second wave of Dahua hacked started last week.

4 in 1 camera have been around for more than a year, it will work with Dahua as CVI & also TVI in HIK. It can also work as AHD & CVBS.

HiWhen I try to save my backup file to a flash drive my options are avi and H264 i tried to save both none will open, even the AVI says file unsupported or corrupt file or in correct file extension..Any one know why i cant open any files on the flash?
thank you
Have you try playback using VLC?
-
No, most affordable DVR's support one audio through the internet or playback, I think I looked at some that were $2500 to $3000 and that is just too much money for a small difference. My neighborhood is better with help from the police. Most NVR will support IP camera with Audio for every channel because you do not need a physical audio port to have this function unlike normal DVR and they are not that costly.
-
Both are OK for me.Thanks
They have Kit form but camera is without Audio. Use of Audio is an issue in certain places so not practical for them to packaged it in.
-
If you know of a starter kit with the nvr and cameras (including sound) that would be great. You need dome or bullet?
-
Hi there, thanks for the reply. I'm located in the Netherlands, Europe. Thanks,
John
I have used Videopark 8Ch POE NVR with their IP Dome c/w Audio for my clients before.
-
Hi all,I'm trying to find a nvr system with 8 channels (cameras) which works with PoE, with a resolution of at least 1280*720 and which HAS AUDIO (this is the most difficult requirement).
Does anyone have any ideas / recommendations?
Thank you in advance
John
Many brand 8 Channel POE NVR have this function but where is your location?
-
Dahua back door on a avtechNo. I mean avtech also could have the same flaw.
-
Thanksand now to the next question
Anyone know if the in built OS is based on any known platform and if you know the root password for telnet /ssh access ?
Make sure you change the default password
-
Thanks for your answers.I already have a DDNS service, this is not the problem.
The problem is that the local IP adress configured in the DVR is changed by someone or something.
My local network adress is 192.168.xxxxxx
But as I said, since a few days, if the DVR is connected to the network, the ip adress is changed like this :
All values have been changed, not by me !
Thanks.
It could be related to the Dahua security backdoor flaw! I have a few customer dvr affected too.

what do you mean by Lan 1 & 2? Your POE NVR have 2
lan ports, excluding the 8 POE ports? Anyway, you should select either 192.168.1.xx or 192.168.2.xx as your ip which should correspond with your actual gateway.
