    Smart PSS Performance

Hi. Your problem is H265 change camera stream to h264. ....your PC is not h265 so it is converting your h265 back to h264 which uses a lot of cpu.
  2. More junk .....till someone switches light switch off by mistake. And another China 3rd party cloud for anyone to watch. And the pro and con shows it’s junk pro .... works in all weathers con ..... doesn’t work in all weathers ?

I think you just made that up. Why are are you talking analog and don’t get mixed up with screen resolution

Why do you talk crap. Run card on pc which is fine run ip software on pc that card is on it uses a different software than card and this makes your card a hybrid so your cards are not hybrid. You sell HD analog and you have no clue how they work. You might learn something today. Hd analog is done at camera end ...... not like old standard analog that was done at dvr end. old analog down coax to dvr for processing hd processed at camera ... digital down coax to digital dvr so make hd analog faster (which is why no lag in cvi or tvi) and has a coax distance far more than standard analog we are now upto 4k hd analog coax but according to you that can’t be done so your selling out of date hd 2mp and hybrid cards that are not hybrid at all. Sunnykim. It’s good seeing your posts each morning. They say it’s good for you to start off the day with a good laugh ?

    Help with Dahua

Hi. Your recorder is not forward comparable your new cameras are 4mp and your system only uses 1.3mp (720p) you will need a new cvi recorder for 4mp
  14. Hi sounds like a scam first your credit card company would not have a clue on cctv or if needs update or not. If you are taking customers card detail then you Must make that side of your business more secure. GDPR is something you need to look at. It covers cctv and cash management I would get a network guy to look at making your network for credit cards more secure. I would check with your recorder manufacturer if it does need a update and not take the word of a 3rd party who should not have access to your cctv....... who owns the internet side ......you or the credit card company

Hi. It all depends on your budget .... hd cvi unit are good as well as tvi hd systems ..... problems is they go out of date quick..... two years ago we had 2mp cvi and tvi ..... next year 3mp now it’s upto 8mp but none are backward compatible also you are using cat5 so on cvi and tvi you would also need to power cameras and have camera power supplies for cameras. Also dvr and cvi / tvi will use more power. you will find going ip will be cheaper much neater install as everything is from cat5 from camera to nvr (poe) ip is also backward comparable I would look at 5mp camera with a nvr what is your budget

    Outdoor PIR sensor.

Hi. We’re are you located ? for a business I would stay with the professional route. Like I said you can use £20 texecom alarm sensors sealed with silicone but I would only do this for low risk home use as it is much better than motion from the camera. For a businesshe he would hold you responsible if anything goes wrong in your case I would only look at gjd or redwall but you also have another option for around £40 which are beam sensors and will give you better coverage
  19. tomcctv

    Outdoor PIR sensor.

Is this for home or business use ...... if your looking for something to use which is better than motion detection on camera then any alarm sensor will do you just have to be good with a silicone gun. if your looking for better protection then GJD sensors are the best http://www.gjd.co.uk/products/security-lighting/opal-xl-gjd020 we have used the above for over 11 years both wired and wireless

    Outdoor PIR sensor.

Hi. Yes you can ...... also used texecom you need to silicon the lens cover

    help with ptz

No joystick needed with building rs485 address .......01 protocol ......Pelco d baud rate ........2400 set on both your camer and dvr on your dvr .... Hit menu at bottom and I think PTZ settings are second down on left of window
  23. tomcctv

    Wiring configuration

Your analog will ....and HD will only show in analog. So 16 IP cameras ..... 10 of which are PTZ ...... Good luck on that with that recorder ......and you will not get 32tb into that. you know when you have bought junk when you read the box ....look at paragraph 2... Intergrated entertainment features such as playing games and HD moves i would also question the p2p location and security. your not going to get 16 IP PTZ cameras on a low budget.

    help with ptz

Ok. So what are the protocols on the camera and the dvr you should see PTZ on your monitor when you power down then back on
