  1. Did he get a friend to join the forum Stupid comment .......so face detection only works on this software...... that is a stupid claim since it’s not been used yet. No you don’t. You can pick plates up with a good quality camera. £360-$420. Is what op said is the cost for 8 cameras a year. So how does your option work. Do customers call you each day and say I’m only using 4 of my 8 cameras today can I have some money back. But since you know a lot about the company can you answer the question the op has not answered. What apps are available for this software on IOS or android Not with a cost of £360-$420 a year cost. And can I just point something out for a home owner. Most homes will not go out and buy a pc just dedicated to cctv so that’s another expensive cost. £360-$420 will buy a homeowner a good brand name nvr with no ongoing costs

Qvis Eye-e36-v2g - accessing camera OSD.

Hi. Going hikvision recorder will be a mistake. Don't waste your money. Google hikvision ban... 3 countries up to now.. Letting your data go to China is not a good thing This is a UTC tool they range from £5 upwards. What part of uk are you in ?

Qvis Eye-e36-v2g - accessing camera OSD.

Hi. You will need a UTC tool to enter the menu. But there is nothing there which can make your camera better quality. What type of monitor are you using ? For the hik you need a wide screen monitor. You would be better off just changing cameras to tvi HD which is what is best for that recorder...... Around £30 each.
  4. Yes I know they are .....but if you need to save and name a snapshot of your staff of workers or family it’s only do what’s entered. Avermedia has had that free on there systems for 15 years. B2c is not a cheap product to pass on to customers I guess this will be snap shot only again because of cost. What about video? You could call the car outdated. It’s been around for over 100 years Email is free. So your going b2c. Does this mean for $360 you have no platform apps ? People like to buy and use cctv. Years ago it was used for security. There is nothing in your software that is not already free in a nvr and there is no coin slot on a nvr to use it
  5. That’s the problem ..... $360 a year licence fee. That would buy a nvr with face detect licence plate detect. Tripwire Why would you want WhatsApp on a system. That takes your software away from the commercial market
  6. Ok how much for basic licence for 8 cameras

    ICRealtime

Are you broken *** *** *** is that all you do all day . I asked for your nvrs current time and date so I can give you the password. It’s simple Tech support are not there to listen to your problems . Your next step is a forum.... so your here. But you would rather *** than answer a question to solve your problem.
  8. Hi. It's only $20 on aliexpress $35 ........ That is just for the camera . Have you looked at the running cost each and every year for the camera. It then becomes expensive crap. . Look for a brand name IP camera with SD card storage ...... You control it No stupid monthly costs. And never send your data to China

    ICRealtime

Ok. Your recorder is a dahua .....rebadged by IC. Does your cellphone app work
  10. tomcctv

    ICRealtime

    ICRealtime

Well I can see why you have problems with customer service and tech support.... You have taken the time to register and time to type your thread. Instead of ***ing about your problem you would of been much better to of just asked the forum for your password. Ic realtime will not reply your a end user. And that is there policy. Keep life simple . All you need to do is post your time and date on your recorder

    Lorex NV900 Help

Lorex is 100% owned by dahua. Alarm inputs are simple .... dry open or closed. Lorex can’t answer your question as you have not stated voltage or how the alarm is to send the alert ... voltage or none voltage contact
  13. By now, every DVR could serve your needs. Buy the cheapest one on the market. Seemingly you are new to this field, go for coaxial side i/o network kind of things, for easy maintenance. Straight forwardly simple, coaxial. Coax HD also go out of date in less than a year. Go ip much easier to install and less components
  14. With you looking at the OYNX .....are you based in the uk? I would look at there viper range .... Makes hikvision look like a toy. IP vs analog ....... Analog is old and not really supported anymore. But analog replacement is HD analog . Also called in its for mates as CVI or TVI or AHD Both IP and HD analog range from 1mp upto 5mp for HD analog or IP 1mp upwards of 39mp. I would still say going IP is the better option
  15. Hi. Clear view are just drop shippers for IC Realtime. So you have dahua equipment. The camera in question needs to be taken apart to get to the reset pins. You still need to power up the camera while apart. But once apart you need to remove the IR sensor plate and at the top you will see two small brass holes. You need to short them out for 5 seconds to reset camera back to factory.
  16. It would not be just a codec on a pc either you need hardware. But like a pc you can have h265 data but it is converted back to H264 ..... and uses a lot of cpu. If you recorder is not h265 then your stuck with h264
  17. Depending on your cameras they will be h264/265. So will work on a h264 only NVR but only at h264. And that is auto setup. As far as software for your NVR to h265 ..... No ..... Components are missing from your NVR from doing that.

    Qvis viper 5mp poe nvr

Yes I seen that in your first post. I still need you to do some tests

    Qvis viper 5mp poe nvr

Hi. Do you only have 3 cameras ? It also looks like a image output problem as the 4th camera not showing also shows the problem on a blank screen. Can you switch off your NVR and disconnect the hard drive .....then see how image is without.
  20. Hi. You should use B .... don’t bother with crossover cable they are a thing of the past. Just stick to the standard B on both ends and your good to go.
  21. Hi. That camera is not Poe ....power plug only
  22. Hi. Don't buy ic realtime the company is in Liquidation. So no support and they are rebadged dahua
  23. Hi. Look at TVT range of NVRs Makes sannce and ic look like toys and TVT is cheaper. Much better apps and CMS across all platforms and will work with your cameras
