Hi. Get your money back from eBay. Gray market means not a hikvision....... And as from January this year gray market hik is done with .. It's useless paperweight You can't use any of the new hik software or firmware and you can only get help from aurtherised hikvision as well as firmware and password reset. Big learning curve...... And as been said for years on the forum never buy gray or eBay / Amazon/ and the likes it is junk

Hi. Nothing you can do ...... Sensor lights switching on and off will be detected by your camera.... Change of light will be classed as motion. If your recorder takes alarm inputs on the back you could use a cheap PIR sensor to use for motion detect in that area

There is no firmware updates ........and not if from China Hik have two brands now since January hi watch platform will work with old and some gray hikvision. Anything new from hik online firmware is useless and in most cases will broke your unit if not a genuine hikvision with the latest security patch. Just use the normal apps used for hi watch units

Hi. If your a business then instead of the viper I would go for the Quattro 5 ..... Direct replacement to the one you have but with better remote viewing. Takeaway shop I would also pay the £35 and have a microphone installed for both recording and listening on you phone - tablet - PC Both the Quattro and the viper are well priced ...... If your your budget is around £400 then you can get a full 5mp IP Poe viper system NVR and cameras.

Hi. 888888 is the default password. Enter menu go to system then on left go into accounts and create a new user account with full admin . Then log out and then login with your new added account password (don't use 888888) Go back to system then accounts and delete the 888888 account

For monitoring .........yes different subject but the camera has no monitoring ...... So dome for a twin lens camera is also pointless ...... It's battery operated needs charging via USB You don't need to workout ...... Not having to fly for 6 hours to service it ......... By the time it's setup and you drive to airport it will be flat .......... Now to dome cover look back on forum at making domes ........you will see we made domes and in gold or smoke and I know just buying a dome from eBay will not work. Well since your involved in the camera READ YOUR SPEC...... 2 12mp cameras front and back. How are you going to remote view to camera and control ..... It has no IP protocol Either you have posted the wrong link or we are all missing something. You want to monitor 4K video remotely with h264 ..... Not going to happen with that camera ..... Battery life is only 40mins Looking at google play and apple ......look at the comments ..... Does not work even on its local connection But please answer the question .... It’s not an upward facing camera it has two lenses ..... you don’t face it up you place cam with both lens left and right But I’m still asking what dome ... cam you listed does not have one Your options to keep off dust rain bird muck ..... that camera is not even water proof and it even warns you about heat It’s just a handheld 360 camera lens back and front two lens giving 360
