  1. Also you have registered your unit with Xmeye server and as you can see next to were it says home it is on a China P2P It give home in Chinese..... But you have a problem now as you have left all your info .... So you will need to setup your recorder manually and not use the S/number Here I am on your login.
  2. Here is your recorders QR code and it works no problem on the app I sent ...qr code I have blocked some of it otherwise everyone on forum can use it.
  3. Don't be stupid It's the same app as you have been using just with a uk p2p For a start why did you try to load on a PC ..... Link I sent was for you phone For your PC you just go to Xmeye.net no app needed Why can people not do a simple task If you had followed my instruction from the start it will work ..... You clicked on cloud ..... Local link is what you use.
  4. I know .........but a much better app Did you try it ???
  5. Hi. Delete that app from your phone and I will pm you a better one. Once loaded click on local log in at bottom left then go to add device in top right Name it then scan the qr code from your pc screen by just clicking the qr code on the app and see if it connects
  6. Hi. First don’t use hikvision for this application You need cameras that will do more than just surveillance for this type of application. If your going to rent yourself out you need to have the most upto date system. Car number plate check is also a option you should do which is now cheap to do in the uk. And will get you more work than just a cctv van. Yes your going to be covered and you would also get paid for it I would work with 4 cameras ..... back and front of van and two ptz on your mast ...... you need hight at events so cameras on van will not do much. As well as batteries I would look at the silent range of Honda generators. Will also give you the power for lights if doing night work. Type of mast yes in the uk they are expensive so I would look at ordering one from America and go manual and not powered .... again this will leave you batteries to do the surveillance job and not use power when setting up What is your budget.

    System design help

Ok $60 computer....... You did not learn from you blink experience. $60 then you need hard drives and a better graphics card .... Then your switch equipment. Then your camera licence cost for the vms Then your cameras Guess which is going over your budget..... The link or your build

For the same price as a new computer you get NVR and 8 cameras https://www.lorextechnology.com/hd-nvr-ip-cameras/hd-security-camera-system-with-2k-recorder-weatherproof-cameras/LN1080-88W-1-p

    System design help

Hi. If your going to build rarther than a NVR then do some home work and buy the best you can ...... Remember you don't have to install all 8 just add a few as and when budget allows Also you talk about vms ...... Look at free and ones with licence options (cost per camera) And always read specs .. Your blink spec tells you why you missed video ..... Cameras have a 10 second buff .......so will also miss after 11 seconds till buff is clear after sending the video of 10secs to the cloud .........and as you have found out that makes the blink useless

    System design help

Hi. Going poe has no impact at all on your home network. An IP system would be a local install ..... Network cables camera to NVR with built in Poe or a separate Poe switch. This sounds like it is for your home ? How many cameras are you looking at using. Also you have found no name systems don't work. So it's always best for a home to keep it simple Look at IP with NVR

    Lorex NVR

No that is not the case Lorex is 100% owned by dahua ........ Flir had the build licence 2016 to 2018 from dahua ....... Passed that on to lorex and now lorex is dahua
  14. It’s also known as the allian. But before you buy .... what type of business is it for ?
  15. tomcctv

    Lorex NVR

Yes your reading it wrong ........ Lorex makes nothing ??? Same with flir ??? When a spammer comes on and gives his backstreet manufacturing crap he will get crap back ..........and my key argument is he manufactures........... No he does not he rebrands
  16. Just buy buying 3 for 1 is telling you they are a copy The first is cheaper than what you can buy from hikvision ..... and you get 3 for the same price as one So you fixed the problem with the vms .... can you tell use what the problem was and why did you go for the older one

  18. Anybody who thinks cheap price hikvision are hikvision need to go back to school. Password Reset To Any DVR

Again be warned do not go to link it is unsafe
  20. Hi. That is pointless. 52 cameras on one screen. 3 hikvision is only 48 unless one of your units is a 32 way. It can be done but the question is why. A bank of 3 monitors has to be the best way and also you have full mouse control and full camera view
  21. Buying 2 for price of one your not bothered about warranty but you are bothered if can't do firmware update. Gray market cameras will not be able to use genuine firmware after next month they have all changed there security. But why would you think they a responsible for your camera if YOU do the update ........every company genuine or not will not send you a replacement. Two posts today ....... And you have already found the problems viewtopic.php?f=3&t=55910&p=305823#p305823
