What is your budget for fingerprint door lock?
tomcctv replied to smartkeylesslock's topic in General Access Control Discussion
Another ...... you read the member login then you ignore everything it asks you not to do. So right from the start you are not trusted Then your IP for your business....... you only started a few months ago and end date is less than any warranty you can give People need to spam to get shut of there crap -
Save people money ...... you mean waste peoples money.... Just sit back and read your own post.... your from hikvision USA .... but you use a email address not belonging to hik ...... in fact .... it’s not long been created ..... Why not keep it simple and let people look up hikvision USA and everything will be good. Contact you on your made up details and everything will go BAD.

What cameras to use for outdoor reality show?
tomcctv replied to brunobb1's topic in Video Transmission/Control Devices
Hi. Go-pro is the best way -
See it’s alway bad to do self promoting .... got to be one of the worst videos on YouTube. Why talk about analog from 10 years ago ...connecting to tvl monitor Analog units also have had hdmi output for last 5 years ...... converts at dvr for monitor use For someone who has been in the industry for 14 years and has desided to make YouTube business ........ why have you gone from describing cctv from over 10 years ago I thought I was watching a video from years ago only to see that you made it this year. Why not talk about analog hd why miss that out Why talk about a system that has not been sold for years

Outdoor Home Security System Recomendation?
tomcctv replied to Fish's topic in General Digital Discussion
Hi. I would also go with the lorex link. Your link is a no name . Don’t just pick on your budget ... if you need to pay a little more then wait till you have a better budget .... don’t waste money from the start. Lorex gives you secure cloud if needed good apps and also you can add other cameras if needed and not just the lorex cameras -
Did you not used to be fasttronics??? And the best in London ..... Is a good joke........ Been trading for just under 12 months ..... Last bust company was fasttronics Say hi to Mr Ramzan Not a good idea to spam

Outdoor Home Security System Recomendation?
tomcctv replied to Fish's topic in General Digital Discussion
Hi. Discontinued system .... why waste your $500 You asked for a good system with good apps and you pick the worst. Samsung iPOLis app is fine if your dvr gets the updates if not it stops working..... and buying a discontinued system it’s life span is not long Also SDI only format. Does not give you much options to cameras. The cables that come with the kit are not coax even in the reviews the cables give problems So yes use another cable when installing rg59 or cat5 with baluns -
More crap..... spam on here is classed as junk. See your company has only been running a few months. you mean you buy from Shenzhen and can’t re sell. So spam Produce or just have your own stickers put on.... which is not the same as producing

200 IP Cameras and PC NVR
tomcctv replied to sanketgroup's topic in DVR Cards and Software - PC Based Systems
Yet you still never answered. Pointless asking you any questions to help with anything. In a few days it might start to sink in that your authorised hikvision guy is an idiot........ if he can’t give you a hint of a vms. Remember you not the first to run 200 plus hik. But with you not answering basic questions means no one can help 200 cameras through web browser is crazy. Is it a local system ? -
200 IP Cameras and PC NVR
tomcctv replied to sanketgroup's topic in DVR Cards and Software - PC Based Systems
Again not a authorised distributor. ..... being a hikvision employee like he claims .... should of said to you ... your not the first to run 200 cameras with vms. 20TB for 200 cameras ...... are you only using 1 monitor...... that pc is going to use a lot of cpu going H265 back to H264 Why are you avoiding questions .... private retail commercial Lots of vms but need to know the use -
200 IP Cameras and PC NVR
tomcctv replied to sanketgroup's topic in DVR Cards and Software - PC Based Systems
Think it is safe to say un authorised..... buy 200 and get no support. Without you being able to spend any more money then you are left with a system that you can do nothing with and be dealing with problems every day of the week H265 to a standard pc is pointless 200 cameras you have not talked about video display. And storage is also going to cost. Hope you don’t think pc storage is good enough for 200 cameras Is this for a customer and what type of install retail commercial or domestic.... there is a reason for asking -
Hi. You have not named the camera or type of dvr you have. Samsung used rj45 for analog cameras. But if it is ip ..... unless you have a hybrid dvr then the answer is the same no you can’t connect with a balun

Dahua not showing camera videos when logged out now
tomcctv replied to 34Ford's topic in Digital Video Recorders
Hi. That is not your home screen it is the matrix screen. You need to set cameras to view Click on system then on left hand side click video matrix then click on cameras you want displayed -
Hi. No don’t update Remove your no ip account Your using the Apollo ... good system Delete your no ip and follow the link I have sent to your PM Much more secure and protected

Hacked twice Russia and from Argentina

Hi. You only need to forward port 37777 and don’t portforward anything else. Also reload your app as another was released Thursday It does not matter re doing ports of passwords if you don’t also change your IP address. If you want someone to phone you at home you give them your telephone number It’s the same with your IP address it’s like the telephone to your Network once someone has it they can use it. A full router reset is also a good idea Which ddns service did you use ...... did you set it up ? Also check your PM I have sent you a message and you need to act on it

Is there a DVR that can replay the last couple minutes
tomcctv replied to totojones's topic in Digital Video Recorders
Listen Nathan...... Your the one who says you have so many year in the industry which by now you know is crap ..... Hence how I know your name Yes I install and I don't sell so ..... I buy direct from suppliers. That how I found out so quick that you claim to be a aurtherised hikvision like you claim..... And we both know the answer to that. You ask any pro if they would use a hikvision NVR ..... Answer is no..... Same with LTS ....... Not that there is anything wrong with them it is there just for the DIY market. Hence why they sell on eBay and the likes. There genuine hik cameras are ok but if you think there recorders are good enough or secure enough for high profile locations then again that shows you are new to the industry Your are right lorex at Costco. But they are lorex and not the flir lorex not even same operating system That's more info YOU HAVE GOT FOR FREE. from the forum. Unlike you who wants $75 a hour -
Hi dvr disk drive is only Wright and not read. You playback on pc
-
I will stand by my first post .... and please don’t send me anymore PMs. There are no restriction on here to what email address is used...... you used the yahoo one because hikvision USA email would of gone to hikvision USA and not to China like yours It’s been 10 days since your first post ....... being hikvision USA I would of thought if you was hikvision you would of replied to at least 1 of 20 hikvision help posts that have been posted since you joined the forum. And if you wish to make us believe hikvision USA let staff use the own email address to conduct business ..... then keep taking your pills. I would not buy a pencil from you And as far as your PM .........NO WE CANT WORK ANYTHING OUT

Dahua not showing camera videos when logged out now
tomcctv replied to 34Ford's topic in Digital Video Recorders
Hi. To answer you need to give more details At the moment you say only shows on tv once logged in How are you logging in if no screen displayed showing If the screen display is showing but not showing camera images and when you have logged in cameras show red padlock Then that indicates you are not logging in with a full admin password (Your using password with restrictions) Go into user accounts and create a new admin password and tick all control options and then see how it goes -

tomcctv replied to drkailey's topic in Digital Video Recorders

200 IP Cameras and PC NVR
tomcctv replied to sanketgroup's topic in DVR Cards and Software - PC Based Systems
Hi. What type of install is it ......domestic commercial retail and are all cameras at same location.. You will also have to recalculate hard drive space h265+ will not help on a standard PC so that will be a unexpected customer price increase Anything over 64 cameras for commercial or retail you should look at avigilon . Like what has already been said .... Doing homework first would of stopped a headache. The current hik cameras you have ....... Are they gray market or from a aurtherised distributor. As you can also take a look at HikCentral ..... It will support your 200 cameras. But again cost ... Reliability and support ...avigilon.
