Hi. You need to set both cameras to 15fps ..... they will not run at 30. 10fps is best for that dvr

Hi . A decoder box will do what you need. But how many of the 32 do you want available on the other screen -
Hi. Avigilon .... the main one or axis. The standards you have listed are for systems designed to stand up to the application Hik or dahua don't You also need to know the regs and standards of footage required I would go avigilon as that already ticks all the boxes. Where are you based ?

Set up camera's streaming settings?
tomcctv replied to alex06370's topic in IP/Megapixel Cameras and Software Solutions
Hi your first problem is 100 wifi cameras in a place the size of a school Server...... build one that can cope with the install Sounds like you want to build on a small budget. -
Hi. With those cameras ... trust me they are no where close to HD or IP cameras. Not even high res. But since you already have them .... just buy a dvr ..... forget about cpu forget about zomeminder

Hi. Do you know the format of your cameras ??? They might of been a fraction of the price but to convert to ip with encoder will shock you .... not cheap at all. Your best option is the use a dvr comparable with your cameras at each location then call them all together at your view point via laptop or pc

Hi. You could use power line plugs to minimise cable runs. Also people alway think cameras have to be installed on the house. Looking at mounting them elsewhere might also be a option for you

Hi. Is your camera a ptz -
Okey I see. But how many percent profit can I expect with a reputable company? Hi trying to make a profit from main stream sellers like hik and dahua is going to be hard. Customers can find prices online. Other advice is don't by direct from China you will not get the warranty or support Profit...... is on installation..... no customer likes to see cables in or outside of there home...... and will pay for better install

eBay would be much cheaper than that site Why do spammers sell crap for lots of money

Hi. Hik nvrs are no the best for large installs. Calling cameras with vms ..... is that from nvr or from cameras direct.? I would not let your client spend on more laptops and still have the problem. It would be better building a pc than spend on laptops Build a pc then look at avigilon which hik cameras can run on and send hik nvr back. You existing client PC can be used. After 6 months of problems with hik nvr it will always give problems ... what if they need footage when the nvr desires to have a holiday. Go for avigilon

Can I Connect DVR to a Computer by using Switch
tomcctv replied to Moh333mm's topic in Computers/Networking
Hi. The SVR1645 is from 2009. Even Samsung does not support it anymore. The direct ip login will also not work for you as it's not supported for the new windows. You would be better off buying a new recorder. Keep existing cameras -
Can I Connect DVR to a Computer by using Switch
tomcctv replied to Moh333mm's topic in Computers/Networking
Hi. If a ipolis window came up in browser......... How old is your dvr ? -
Hi. Looks like a power problem. Running 1 supply with pig tail is never a good idea. If you can I would run two power supplies 2 cams on each. Problem with 12v 5amp and your cameras being 1amp.........when IR switches you will get each camera drawing more power over your 5amp. Going with two 5amp supplies gives 2amp each camera which covers your 1amp plus surge.

Hikvision or Dahua Design and Reseller Questions
tomcctv replied to ee_guy's topic in Security Cameras
Hi. I would stick with the standard 850. Or you will be limited to IR distance. With your budget I would look at the new dahua range 4K systems giving you colour both day and night -
Like I said .... It will not be the modulator ..... The gui is on the screen so it's nothing to do with distance or cable. Did you check the camera connections and power supply

Is there a simpler iOS, Android, and PC app for Dahua DVRs?
tomcctv replied to BriceHughes's topic in Computers/Networking
Hi. No need to make favourites. Just click on cam link top left ... that can't be hard. And there is a very good reason why most apps work this way is because some customers like to watch there system while at home or away. There is no point wasting cell internet when at home. So by clicking on cam link they could have say..... home .... for watching while home on there LAN ....away......is cell internet For pc at home .... some people find smart PSS hard to use. Just enter recorders local ip into browser and you get live link with basic control
