Hi. You are showing the IE screen ...... The cameras settings will not alter the camera from there. Go to dvr screen click on a camera then right click and go to colour settings .....go to bottom and click advanced and set to normal then click out and click back into colour settings and alter brightness and contrast to your best image

Hi. Have you rebooted everything including router ? Also how are you keeping the static

adding a TV feed as a ethernet camera input?
tomcctv replied to ajfield's topic in Digital Video Recorders
Hi. It is not easy and would cost you more than you CCTV system cost. And on top of that you would not have any audio so you would be wasting money. You would also have to add lots of hardrives to cope with the tv data. You would be best adding a 9th camera ...... If you have no need for an extra camera then look at adding a camera at a family members house and record it on your system. -
Hi. No you will be fine with what you have. There are HD baluns but I have not had problems. But I would say go CVI than AHD

Hi. Yes it could be expensive. But other things have to be taken into account. Is £110 fitted ?? If so you have cable cost ....and that changes for each camera distance. Are the cameras set at a hight ?? Above ladder range. And also what warranty and service is offered. AHD cameras are the cheapest ..... But you can also have quad cameras that will do AHD CVI TVI and Analog and there around £60

Where did you see Minolta CHINA took over Mobotix? Like many non-Chinese companies, they might have a factory in China but this person is not Chinese: https://www.mobotix.com/other/Company/News/News-2016/Yuji-Ichimura-New-Chairman-Of-The-MOBOTIX-Supervisory-Board Are you talking about the person or the product ??? Tim Cook is American .... Yet his products are made in China . -

Shenzhen City is the copy capital...... Gray market Hik do not sell on eBay and the likes. .... And if you think the 1000s of sellers on eBay and the likes are authorised sellers And like I said to you .LOOK at the ops listing and the warning ...... It comes with V5.3.3 ...... Hik would not give that warning and also hik would not sell there cameras with 2014 software. ITs 2 years old hack. And order is from Shenzhen. NOT HIKVISION.

You are making your own post confusing IP will not work on your TVT analog How many mics do you need ?? How many channels is your TVT and hik recorder. Can you get another cable to were you want microphones
-
So what format is your systems Are you using ip or cvi or analog
-
Look at the back of your TVT you should see audio rca
-
Not completely correct; both HDCVI and HDTVI (don't know about AHD, we don't use it) can carry audio/PTZ signal over the coaxial cable. So with an HDCVI/HDTVI camera that has integrated microphone you do not need to use at all the audio input on the back of the DVRs. The op has not said which format he uses. But still either way cvi and tvi DVRs still have home run audio. So even if he is on analog or cvi tvi he still has a way of adding audio. ...... Only downside is some DVRs only have 1 audio input or 4
-
Hi. Both TVT and hik DVRs have audio record. It is not from the camera .... You need home run cable back to the dvr audio input. On back of dvr
