But cell data will always be part of the plan if it's your own system sending the data or 3rd party. But still a very good camera the problem is you are going to spend more on the controller than you paid for your camera. You could buy your own cat5 that makes it cheaper You could also buy the kit and add to it as budget allows. Or buy your listed system that's out of date and waste your full budget
