    installation advice plz

Hi. 1.700ft for tvi ... At 1080 that is too far alter your cameras res to 720. You only need to do this on the cameras on long cable runs
  2. Hi. Why do you need a covert camera ?? What is it going to be used for Is it to monitor private or public space
  3. Hi. You will need to give a little more info What type of balun .... Can you post a pic How far are your cable runs Size of power supply used and how are you powering the cameras with it
  4. Hi. Who ever put in the last system can only be called a nut job and you are lucky it even worked. Take the pic with the single power out too 8pig tail ... Each cam say 0.5amp that's a total of 4amp from a single 1.5 output. Then there are no baluns that you need when using cat5. But the existing system is analog with dvr. To go POE you need to replace everything .... Dvr is replaced with a NVR with POE. A NVR can also be bought with out POE ...... But you are looking for plug and play so you need NVR with POE So look for NVR 4way Poe (4cam) or 8 Poe (8cam) or 16poe (16cam) Everything is the same as dvr as in control and use. But you will have to buy IP cameras with POE
  5. Hi. Wancam are cloud based so will not work with a ddns service Also having an old and new gives your problems as there cameras are not forward or backward compatable with viewing software (they need to be same cameras) You will need another 0041 to run 2 cameras. But I would not buy another .... I would get away from a China cloud service and as you have already bought 2 you have wasted money because of comparability problems Buy dahua or hikvision and be in control of the cameras YOU own

    Need Help Please. CCTV Diagram

Hi your post makes no sence....... What type of pictures ??
  7. Hi. No it's not the right way for doing it. It sounds like your installer is just using a DIY kit .... The cables are thin and should not be used. Plus you are talking about analog .... Look at IP system or at least cvi or tvi
  8. Why do you want to go with a cloud service ???
  9. Hi. Yes I would reset everything but don't do your motion setup as before ... Why not just have each camera set to its own motion

    Camera support

Hi. The unit you have listed is discontinued it has been replaced by DS-7208HUHI-F1/N
  12. Qvis is largest in Europe and are makers there is no problem buying and are the only company to sell cvi tvi IP analog all on one unit
  13. Don't you mean the dvr is networkable ??? It is nothing like 16 IP cameras
  14. Hi. I would look at the qvis Quattro and you can use any format . Why are you using blue iris as well ??
  15. Hi. If hikvision gave you the answer and pin out and it does not work I would say your camera has other problems .. How was the camera powered

    HD-CVI / HD-CVI Locked to Reseller's equipment

Cvi 720p is old 2014. It's just a sales pitch to buy everything from that seller
  17. That is the idea of onvif .... That it does ...... But sellers use it as a sales pitch .... Look for the onvif membership You are looking at $20 PTZ cameras THEY DO NOT EXIST. There is not much anyone can say about junk
  18. $ 20 PT cameras .... No they are not onvif. Save your money
  19. Hi. You ignored your other post ?? Also did you read this thread from top to bottom ?? It never got connected. I would bin your $25 camera You are paying $25 to allow someone full access to your computers allowing them to collect bank info ... Contacts list ...your browsing history even allowing strangers to watch your internal camera. So ask yourself why you want a camera in the first place ?? Most say for security reasons ....... Yet you are giving away all your security from the start..... P2P sounds good and an easy network setup and is free which attracts customers ......... You get nothing for free THERE IS ALWAYS FREE CHEESE ON A MOUSE TRAP

    Could anyone help me?

Hi. You would not get a very stable image with a CCTV camera on a 10ft pole held by hand. I would look at a 4K GoPro camera and fiber camera pole 4K video will give you very good video for your needs .. And will also allow you to view video with a large zoom in play back Hero5 black 4K http://shop.gopro.com/cameras/hero5-black/CHDHX-501-master.html With a 28ft Carbon fiber pole.
  21. Hi. Rg59 with 12v 5amp power is the easiest and no extra costs of baluns
  22. Hi. These cameras are not worth the problems you get. Ok you have wasted a little money ..... But as talked about before on here ... Remove everything from your network and reset router and buy something better viewtopic.php?f=19&t=52222&p=293280&hilit=Ezviz#p293280
  23. That is right Xmeye is cloud . It sounds like you need to reboot recorder and do the guide again ...... For a laptop you need the serial no and just place that in IE Doing guide again look at the network page and see everything is green ... Anything red and you will only get a local QR code Also there is two buttons on the app for local you need to press the local login Xmeye Explorer IDmss Are all apps that will work with your system
  24. Did you scan the qr code with your devices ?
