  1. Hi. It depends were you are in the world ........ Restaurants in some countries have regulations . Also take into account very visible cameras inside a restaurant can take away some of your trade so small is best And please if budget allows which is not as much as others say over analog go with IP
  2. Your not going to have a address of 254 ...... Address is the number of your camera so your address to make it easy should be 01-02-03 No one knows how you have cabled up your data which is why I asked how What type of data cable how far are the runs. And you still have not said equipment used
  3. Hi it's a $15 toy ........first no onvif support next you will have no control ...... With that resolution your just wasting your time
  4. Hi have you given each camera an address ? Which recorder and cameras are you using also how have you cabled the data cable rs585

  8. This post has too much wrong information for the OP TO DESIDE ON ANYTHING . SUNNYKIM Why on earth are you saying 30fps. It is not needed at all 12 to 15fps is good ...... 2 - 3 and 5 MP cameras have been around a long time now Your problem is you don't know what fps mean and that's where you are making your mistake

    HD on NVR4116H always full

You have the option in menu to overwrite or manual rest ...... Problem with manually reset is the recorder will stop recording till you reset. Your HDD WILL show full on overwrite because it does oldest file off to make way for new files ........this also tells you how many days your HDD will hold footage before it starts to delete the oldest It is normal

  12. If we are going to chose Dahua than we will use them with their own nvr, or can you explain yourself more? Hi. We use both ..... And you need detail in your image ....dahua is good but not as clear as the axis ... What if your not happy with the dahua viewer ? Your stuck axis will run on other viewers but the software it comes with is good with lots of options
  13. Hi. 30fps is more than enough for your needs however I would change your camera spec and look at the axis camera ... The dahua you are limited to platform were the axis is usable with many

  20. 14.000 m for power run of 240v not a good idea at all ...... Camera option is also not a good option It would be best if you say your location ...... You will have different regulations in other parts of the world But just in cost alone with your power run you are going to find going IP and wireless network will be a lot cheaper
  21. What if you buy with no support or warranty or buy China imports with wrong software ......... And dahua are cheap in the UK much cheaper than Amazon and the likes Not that cheap... https://www.jmcsecure.co.uk/proddetail.asp?prod=HAC-HFW2220R-Z This camera and an NVR is about €365 before shipping See just saved you wasting money ........ That link is for a cvi camera and you need a recorder for that to work ..... You should look at IP cameras .... If your stuck on a budget then for one camera just use IP camera and then use PC or laptop to do the recording What is your budget limit
