  1. Security is not about luxuries .... It's about capture in other words fit for purpose. 3mp IP cameras are now low in cost .... We have just had our October price list from dahua and a 3mp camera is £34 (around $53) so your statement on luxury is rubbish. You keep on that op needs 30 fps ..... Are you talking FRAMES fps OR FIELDS fps .......30 fields ps is 15 frames ps ....... Also fields ps and images (ips) are worked out the same But why do you insist on saying IP can't do 30fps as analog IT CAN BUT AS ALREADY STATED ...15fps is good for any application..... 7 to 15 is good and saves HD space So now we have the luxury part sorted out for the op it is still needed to know the ops location ..... In the UK in a bar or restaurant there are regulations on image quality .... Some areas need 7fps some like cash area - entry exit need 12 to 15fps and the image has to be fit for purpose (CLEAR IMAGES)

  6. Hi. It depends were you are in the world ........ Restaurants in some countries have regulations . Also take into account very visible cameras inside a restaurant can take away some of your trade so small is best And please if budget allows which is not as much as others say over analog go with IP
  7. Your not going to have a address of 254 ...... Address is the number of your camera so your address to make it easy should be 01-02-03 No one knows how you have cabled up your data which is why I asked how What type of data cable how far are the runs. And you still have not said equipment used
  8. Hi it's a $15 toy ........first no onvif support next you will have no control ...... With that resolution your just wasting your time

It is not needed at all 12 to 15fps is good ...... 2 - 3 and 5 MP cameras have been around a long time now Your problem is you don't know what fps mean and that's where you are making your mistake

    HD on NVR4116H always full

You have the option in menu to overwrite or manual rest ...... Problem with manually reset is the recorder will stop recording till you reset. Your HDD WILL show full on overwrite because it does oldest file off to make way for new files ........this also tells you how many days your HDD will hold footage before it starts to delete the oldest It is normal

  17. If we are going to chose Dahua than we will use them with their own nvr, or can you explain yourself more? Hi. We use both ..... And you need detail in your image ....dahua is good but not as clear as the axis ... What if your not happy with the dahua viewer ? Your stuck axis will run on other viewers but the software it comes with is good with lots of options
  18. Hi. 30fps is more than enough for your needs however I would change your camera spec and look at the axis camera ... The dahua you are limited to platform were the axis is usable with many

  25. 14.000 m for power run of 240v not a good idea at all ...... Camera option is also not a good option It would be best if you say your location ...... You will have different regulations in other parts of the world But just in cost alone with your power run you are going to find going IP and wireless network will be a lot cheaper
