First it would be a mistake going 16 Poe from nvr Look at avermedia 16 or dauha if in Europe

I can guarantee that you will not be happy with these cameras after a few months probably even the first day. You really need to know what you are purchasing for the money. I would get a 4 channel Dahua DVR (~$140USD with a warranty) and 4 cameras with premade cables. Camera head gets it's power from the housing so them you have to change that over Going NTSC TO PAL You also need power 60 hz to 50hz
