Hi. You can't set dvr to 960H while just having standard none 960 cameras. Try lower settings and get dvr up to around 7 to 10 fps

Hi. Bit of a sales pitch from BT They call if fibre but it's only fibre from exchange to sub and from sub station to home it's on copper. ( hight speed adsl) So it is just a matter of port forward. Orange (EE) can be expensive if your customer dose not have the right broadband pack So check if true unlimited -

Hi HiFlier. Cameras are ok but dvr is a let down ..... Too old and low storage space. Just do a direct swap Ge for a dahua dvr. Easy set up for you and with 1tb or above lots more footage storage. Also all apps are available on all platforms

Hi. Power supply is too small as aibudo says. With low power you camera will still stay on I.e your IR but then not enough power to run camera 1amp is not enough for a IR camera -
