to mount a $100 camera? it can be a $20 camera if the location your job is at does not allow ladders then they pay the cost. -
i would give ebay a miss.......... you can buy much cheaper between 8p and 15p each .... and you can also buy just the center pin ..... if you drop 1 .... 1000 £2

Does a hardware reset affect recorded video? AVC777M
tomcctv replied to thefarg's topic in Digital Video Recorders
yes it will affect your footage. the problem with your DVR is the 777M which relates to what part of the world your in. and finding firmware is a problem for your DVR if you use A or AB it may kill your DVR. i will PM you something to try first ........ but like all avtech sites YOU DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK. PM sent ...... lets know how you got on with it. -

thats a thing of the past in the UK. most places dont allow ladder work and if they do you need paperwork as long as your arm. insurance for ladder insurance for employer day insurance to cover the location you are working at. certificate to use. its cheaper to hire a platform or to buy hydraulic hoist. -
thats right ..... public CCTV will be displayed...... but covert for staff reasons would not be. if you look at each footage at least 3 of the public footage has white time stamp ..... the 2 covert have yellow time stamp..... your just looking at two systems.
-
why did you not put your reasons why when asked about your interest. i found 3 lots of video from the hotel of which there are two time stamps. so this could mean they have 2 DVRs and you will see a small time difference. may have covert for staff and another system for public. cctv has played a big part with this guy. 2 girls dead who were with him and a 3rd not yet confessed

you dont name the book/// you dont name the news clip. now you have footage. ???? and NOW you want to take it apart... its a bloody good book your reading. its covert its there and i think thats all the info you should get.

looking for high Quality PTZ for Day and Night
tomcctv replied to koolmer's topic in Security Cameras
I saw that one in a thread today, it was actually the inspiration to start this thread Do you have personal experience with it? How is the low light focus? Do you have a video that you could upload? hi. yes we use CNB or qvis only for a PTZ. if something goes bad in two years you know your covered. i will get some clips for you (it will be weekend now) we have 6 up in the hills in bradford and they work well with little light. one PTZ not to look at is this type ...... a member of this forum has had 1 for a few weeks and it stopped its tilt. (he was told not to buy from a few members) if you look at the camera the arms that tilts are outside of the camera and the wet then frost got on and when he tried to tilt it smashed all internal plastic gears. and yes EBAY has a good returns policy NOT. ...... £300 x 3 is £100 a week wasted money. -

-
from a box on the wall. the only people that could tell you is the hotel managment .. other than that there is not much else you can do. why is it of interest ??
