good dvr. as for cameras there is alot between them all good price. but each has differant lens types. you could just buy 1 of each and test in each of your locations. that way you will find which to order for each location

thats another problem ..... if the camera is 10ft away from pc then fine .... if not you will have powe problems

HD for $40 will not be quality it sounds just like a web cam you do need more fps having 1 fps is useless. . and you need good software which you dont get with webcams take a look at axis or panasonic panasonic is a good price.

if you google Plustek NV4200 you get nothing so no support also cant find which ip cameras it supports. i would leave it well alone. aver hybrid will do what you need.

D1 @ 7fps is not bad (some will only do 3fps) you are best using D1 you can get more fps but the quality will be Cif. best having D1 with a lower fps than cif at a high fps. i dont know the make of your dvr but some china units are listed at ips which is not the same as fps 30 ips = 15 fps 15 ips = 7.5 fps

hi is your dvr white / cream in colour ??? also the lights are camera switch ??? all lights are on with ever how many cameras you have connected and they stay on. the only time they would flash is if you have switched on alarm function. in menu look for setup then alarms click disable and then sellect all and then click confirm.

Hi. it is hard to say. can you take footage and post it on something like youtube to see what your image is like when you start to control. 19 PTZ are they all being connected to 1 DVR via the 485 ?? are you using a pc based unit
