sounds like the problem The LED need 19inch widescreen or above to display. to see if your dvr is working use the composite out to a tv or test monitor. how old is your unit. the LED is a new model.

hi. if you mean the SD08min you have to load it with hard drives. to get the best from it. i.e if you use a 500gb HD and set it to best but want 20 days recording the system will config its self to run for 20 days (over riding your settings) so it fits onto 500gb you can either install another slave drive (1tb) or set your dvr for 4 days recording with your 500gb HD and you will see the footage is better quality.

hi that unit is over 5 years old use the pro firmware to get the other screens back. if you are looking to get this unit on the internet via new updates you cant with this unit try V1.6 firmware.

the Dahua hybrid is limited. and is way above your budget. it is a DVR with encoders for ip. were as other are DVR/NVR so no limits on cameras your budget will be either the dahua HD PRO D1 (full D1 on every channel ) or if you want to use ip and standard then the aver nano 8 (which will connect to your existing POE network) you can still use CNB or sony EFFIOs or qvis have just releast a full range of EFFIO cameras. and add ip later or mix and match.

Hi. how old is your dvr ??? there have been 4 colossus units PRO/ lite/ and the latest lite (well 2 years old) the last lite was mouse controlled which one do you have .

how are you logging into your dvr from home ??? the picture you have listed is external connection that has failed.

for this router you have to creat your DDNS though the service first .... then you input the account into the router ddns settings the Actiontec M1424WR is a bit of an old router 5 years old might be worth upgrading

Excuse my ignorance on this subject. I'm not sure what you mean by "You can configure your DVR straight to DynDns" I was under the assumption that you needed a client to update DynDns whenever your ISP assigned you a new WAP IP address. Can you elaborate for me? Is it possible for the Dahua to do this? hi. a few makers now have there own ddns service. i have not used the dahua service yet (i do have it here if you need the link) but just like the aver one. log on enter ser No and its done http://ddns.avers.com.tw/

change your supplier if you think 80 euro is cheap thats £70 or $112 for 305m you should be getting two good drums for that money

Hi. sounds like just a gatway setting problem 9 time out of 10 it is 255.255.255.0 and your subnet is your router IP.

hi. if you are looking to go via your ariel input you will also need a modulator. but if you have scart on your tv. you could use one of these.

Hi. from home you dont need to use your DDNS service. IP ADDRESS 192.158.0.150 PORT 80 also in your server list you have made a mistake DVR2 should have the same ip as the rest.

so if amazon had lots of returns would you go and buy them. i think you would find many people on here would recommend NOT buying (no support) who would be making the money ??? for geo cards they do have a list of suppliers to go to. all are around the same price. go with a un listed supplier (cheap cards) and your just buying problems no support.

new or old the cards use the same software. in your last post you say the screen was black in this post you say it is green and just with the two posts i can tell you the problem. you are using the graphics from the motherboard. you also have to install a graphics card along with your card. then update the driver then remove all aver software ... reinstall everything and that is it.

if these are cheap board cams then i would not bother about the the DVR having the highest recording quality. they will be low tvl so just go 30 fps @ cif
