hi. fitting ip to an old analog DVR. no not to the avtech. you could use a decoder but the cost to turn your ip back to analog (which will down grade your image and you will loose control of the PTZ) it will be cheaper to use a small PTZ analog

Couple of problems with NV5000 card and CM3000 software.

cant see how CMS can blow your remote system. i think you may not have the CMS ports in use. do you have the cm3000 on a sever -
ebay dvr you have listed. real time at cif and D1 at 6fps ebay £369 anywere else in the uk with Hard drives £146. 3 year warranty. apollo HD pro 25fps at D1 £370 much better and faster dvr (same maker Dahua)

Hi. jdowning. the dvr you have listed is miles to much money. for the same money but from the same distributor you can get the apollo HD. (and you get a better warranty than ebay) with most of your cameras i would use domes. but your carpark area i would install a PTZ for dome camera samsung TDN with built in baluns. then you can run cat5 to every camera. looking at your building .... is it listed ?? very nice place. cat5 is the way to go coax and power would be hard to hide

Hi. blippy. got lots of customers up your way.

for a system as large as 120 ip cameras. i would say get a company in. as well as camera options and software you will also need to build a good network. also when looking for software or an NVR. take alook at any licence fees that some have and also build that into your budget.

hi. just have a go at removing the software from your iphone and re-install it. -
yes a new DVR. if yours is the white unit then it may be the avtech. you may have had a chance if it was a PC based unit. but as a standalone what you have is it. what features does your customer want.

hi. you will also need to entre 5540 into your router and point it to your DVRs ip. -
came across one of these units a few months ago . the screen display looked just like a avtech. if yours is the same then i think you are stuck with what you have. the only way is to install something better.

it would be nice if you took down your ebay listings from every post. think ebay is getting to much FREE advertising -
you dont need to use DHCP. you will be best using another port number other than 80. use 5550 and direct your DVR ip address to that in your router.
