Those are Hikvision cards, the one Kenny pictured above seems to be nothing like those... the card is a kane computing and they use the hik software. this is the same card kenny has. i think this is his best bet on getting the card working. only takes an email. http://www.sourcesecurity.com/docs/fullspec/DS-4004H.pdf

Hi Keeps how hard would it be to fit GSM to your trail camera. Signalling over GSM voice call: SMS and up to 6 seconds of voice recording for each input SMS sent as 'Alarm1' or 'Alarm2' followed by a voice call to play back the pre-recorded message. Transferring control panel's PGM output contact to monitoring station in Contact ID format Calling 4 telephone numbers (personal call) and sending SMS messages Cost effective solution GSM remote control: Control of output through telephone call, free of charge telephone number recognition

  16. this post reminds me of the old way of playing chess. if you wanted to play someone in USA from UK you used to have to send your chess move by letter. it could take years to play a game. if we keep just short posts then its going to take years to sort your problem. in your dvr manual it might say about ports as well as port 80. if it does not then you will need to add another port i:e 5555. as the remote app is java so your dvr ip need to have another port opening use 5555 and then enter 5555 in the mobile app were asked. also what did you set your ptz at 9600 or 2400

Hi michael. how far are you from sodrick. we are just trying out a new GSM beam. but as you know manx telecom does make it difficult to use another provider. using manx can make things like this expensive to run. are you also looking for cameras to protect.

    Garage Door Opener

i had the same problem. door would start to open then stop and close. took me ages to sort it . motor on and off re-adjusting arms still did it. in the end we took the track off and at each end you will see a bronze coller that the inside shaft turns in. this is greased at the factory but the grease had got hard like bubble gum over the years and the motor thinks it is a resistance on the door. we cleaned them up and filled them with vaselin. worked good after but i left west virginia 4 months later so could not tell you if its still working or not. but looking at the manual yes it has adjustments for forced drive page 25. http://www.liftmaster.com/consumerweb/pdfdocs/A2094M.PDF
