  1. Well that’s another company that knows nothing ...... impossible for it to be in the camera and not recorder ....... you can also get 4 in 1 cameras ..... but you must have a comparable recorder ...... if you only have a cvi camera then it will only run on a cvi dvr same with other formats tvi ahd analog most analog cameras now are all switchable formats so you also need a dvr you can also change formats or allow for mix of formats It’s an 8channel ...... I was talking of the 32 4K nvr for $30 read the spec sheet if your happy with 1 fps use it You can’t switch off a server...... if it’s connected to the internet it goes to a server if using xmeye or myeye app then it’s over the server just read the instructions mid you want to connect IP cameras you need to be running the cms to connect
  2. Yes I had a look at it earlier..... just looking at the board I can see it has no chance of doing 32 4K ip cameras and only a $30 price tag Equipment like that is just cheap rubbish network is on a China server. It’s using the myeye software. even the spec shows it only does 1 fps.... that is useless to anyone we are on 30 to 60fps Q-see. Was the USA tvt outlet but unfortunately have stopped trading after 20 years

  5. What do you mean nvr board ? how was it connected was it for a pc
  6. Your link first post is 5 in 1 kkmoon ahd linking ahd at the end means it’s more geared for ahd ahd tvi cvi sdi are all formats you could go 4 or 5mp ahd on the kkmoon but the rest if above 1.3-2mp cvi tvi might not run ... it’s being sold as a ahd unit take a look at the tvi 4 in 1 dvr much better kit

Hi will you be connecting to your existing tv or use a monitor. your budget allows for 4K system with starlight cameras that’s an 8 way nvr also with remote viewing on your phone or pad using SuperLive plus app which is on of the best to use your have full control i would buy nvr and 2 cameras to start with see which is best for your needs out of the two night vision
  8. Nvr or dvr card is it for a pc ? Pci This is not the case with cheap systems look up kkmoon 16 ch 5 in 1 it gives you its limit on the spec 16 analog 960h 12 HD analog at 2mp (can’t go higher) add 4 IP cameras again only 12 channel and IP cameras can’t be above 1mp which is useless.... you can add 4 3mp ip but max cameras is only 4 it is all down to cost of hardware .... better graphics better memory/storage/ network components ..... hikvision is also another one with there cheaper units very limited your also right with floureon and kkmoon the only dahua lite units with a licence to alter software

  11. Hi looking at spec no once you start adding IP cameras to the dvr the channel count goes down you would be better not looking at rebadged equipment

Hi Gary yes there are a lot of lowlight cameras on the market .... starlight....TIOC what is the lighting like around your home yes I would also recommend a IP system but there is no difference any more between IP and HD analog both do the same with same quality but IP is much easier to install and easy options if you have a location you can’t get cables to you can use power line adapters it all depends on your budget
  21. Hi. Once you log out off pss no data can be sent to ptz camera. Basically you have switched off you need to setup you tours and presets on your recorder or on your ptz camera (recorder is best) also on the dahua under ptz settings you need to tick the box ....resume after interruption this allows you to control ptz from pss but once disconnected recorder will have control again
  22. Hi. Yes you could do your self I will even make you a wire diagram based off your existing power supply. You could have it done in 30 minutes yes there looks like a lot of wires but you are only interested in the ones on right hand side the rest are removed with old power supply Before you buy ... I sent a link from amazon America...... is that we’re your based I noticed your tape measure was in inches only which is an American thing
  23. Hi. The 6x30 will fit but you need to know why it blows fuses you need a new power supply yours is overloaded. It is only a 4 way 3.5 amp each channel .... your running 6 cameras on it. You will just keep blowing fuses. You could go up a size but you would then be over max amp of the whole unit fuses blow for a reason and foil should never be used if you work on 2 to 3 amp on each camera this also allows for the surge when IR kicks in you will have a safe power supply min your case $40 for an 8 way 10amp power supply will be money well spent please remove your homemade fuse it is not worth the risk https://www.amazon.com/Ares-Vision-CCTV-Power-Supply/dp/B07BN6C2GC/ref=mp_s_a_1_5?dchild=1&keywords=cctv+power+supply+8+channel&qid=1618783963&sprefix=cctv+power&sr=8-5
  24. Hi the updated version of that system is one of the best out there at the moment and not expensive and you can still use your existing cameras and add upto 8mp you might find the images will be better once you have burned them off or view them on the app (explorer)
  25. Hi. Just remember to create a new password before midnight or you will have to start again your system is called pioneer (dahua lite)
