-

-
Can you post the Dyns address.... there is no security problem in doing so if you had it installed the installer will of created the Dyns path (his account) and he can block any device from connecting some installers will do this so as to get a call out charge to fix ..... (yes dishonest but happens a lot) your with Tesco (o2) they don’t have any data restrictions using there network so it’s not your phone were are you located

That’s why he is a former FBI ..... wonder how long it took for him to figure out it’s a dashcam.... millions use everyday This FBI agent is not very bright so camouflage camera inside hand held tool box placed in truck bed ...... most stolen item from truck bed IS tools and toolbox’s so someone steels your toolbox wire snaps connecting camera shorts out your system ... no recording tool box and camera gone give FBI agent a gold star Did you go to school alongside the FBI agent ? dash cams run hot ..... insert it into headrest will only make it shut down mount it like it should be. Camera on front screen to monitor 180 at front .... see people passing place other camera cab back window again 180 to see people ...... that’s all you need to do but I guess keeping things simple is hard for you to take

Hi got a few systems around there .... I spend a lot of time in Manchester ...... hate the parking fees I will pm you systems to look at.
-
They won’t work on Wi-Fi as it’s not using your local network under the qr code it has a reference number ?
-
Hi. Yes you are right on eBay and Amazon .... yes you could find the same system cheaper on eBay but you loose warranty and support as there just resellers sony -Samsung I would not say are best ...especially Samsung At the moment one of the best systems is TVT they also have one of the best remote view apps on the market that has full control of the system and cameras what part of Manchester are you in
-
Please ignore the dyndns one of the qr codes if for downloading app the other is the remote settings ....... if you go to phone app and select add you will see a option to scan qr code then enter username and password then save
-
Your system has two ways to remote view Local for when your phone is connected to your network at home P2P connection when you are away from your home network the qr code will be in the menu not on a sticker on your system ..... have a look in network settings on recorder
-
Hi for your budget go IP 4K system. 8 camera system with audio I know the cameras you have posted images of ....just rebranded as far as doorbell camera I would keep is all separate and use a ring I would not use hikvision if you want a system to last if your having a lot of work done I would start putting cables in at the same time... this gives you more options for cable placement
-
Hi ... nothing to do with your mobile your ip is a static LAN ..... you can’t use this with 4g so you only have local view on your mobile can you see a qr code on your recorder
-
How does your static ip start is it something like this 192.168.x.x
-
Ok how are you setting up the IP address
-
Ok sounds like mobile data is switched off if that did not work go into settings on your iPhone scroll down till you get to the app ..... click on it and at the bottom of that screen ..... click mobile data on
-
Hi. I have seen this on secyour systems and it has something to do with the P2P limit to test this. On recorder go into settings then accounts and create another user account but USE another password then enter new login detail on your app and see if that works
-
Hi. In your other post you said about doing port forwarding..... this is ok but hikvision units also reconnect to the server without you knowing. I hate hikvision .... never used there recorders in over 10 years for the way recorders send out a connect signal that owners don’t know about so now your using static ip .... which is good but now you have two connections working your static to connect and also hik DNS connect one you might find on your router is 52.77.151.68 this is hik going out ..... I know from follow test is goes via 4 countries and six servers ending up in Singapore I will send you instructions on how to check the dns output from your recorder .... I will then check the ip to see where your traffic is going but you might find you have a conflict ...... hik-connect and hikvision dns (P2P) with new laws companies must tell you about your data being used..... to find this info go to the App Store and type in hik-connect...... as of this month if hik does not display this information apple would of delete the app so now you will see the terms of contract with hik....... it’s still a worry what ever happened to buying something and owning it...... allowing people’s data to go anywhere https://www.hik-connect.com/views/terms/privacypolicy.html
