I have lots and lots of Avigilon working at -20 -30 C (down to -10 F ) and by the way on PoE only ! without any problem

You have few Sanyo IP Mp cams They are one of the best I work with I have about 50 of them working with Avigilon one of the best combo u can have Where are u located ? And u can use Avigilon IP encoders with your old Analog cams

LG is DVD unit made by fairly big company in Korea dvrlink.net is their DDNS server

avigilon.com in my opinion easiest on market from simple to enterprise solution and from 1 MP to 29 MP cameras

Forget Analog crap ( you using hardware compression cards anyway) Load your system with 20-25 --2-3MP cameras make sure they all do "server motion" recording at full frame and then come back with results
