geovision, 32 channel is it possible?

Hi Guys I am trying to setup a 32 channel dvr system. Is it possible to do this with geovision? I have installed 2 *16 channel gv800 s cards. My boss wants me to see if this can work. When i install the drivers for the cards and then go into device manager it has an explanation mark on the double of each drivers. So the one card drivers are all installed but the second card it isnt. How can i get passed this and get both cards to install? I read in the manuel that you can do this but just doesnt say how?

When i enable audio i get a very crunchy sound like the white noise on the tv, and when i talk into the mic it sound horrible crickly sound. I have got a gigabyte motherboard with a via chip set. I have tried everything and changed the monitor sensitivity and gain control on the software and nothing works.

    Ip cameras on embedded DVR

Im still pretty new to the cctv stuff and just started working at a cctv company doing all the networking of stuff. My boss just gave a me network video server to play around with, which converts bnc cameras into IP cameras and it actually works very good. So in other words it is converting analog into digital, Am i correct?

    Ip cameras on embedded DVR

they would be no point. ip is digital your dvr is analog. Then won't an analog to digital converter work?
  6. Hi Guys Is there a way to connect ip cameras to an embedded/standalone dvr? I have a client who asked me this and i told him i will get back to him. Im sure there must be a converter or something to be able to allow this.
