    Hi, Sir, I think maybe you need a Converter, RS232-RS485. You can connect RS232 to your COM port on your Main-board, and connect RS485 to your PTZ camera. RS485 has two ports, one is "+" and the other is "-", which are connecting yellow and orange on your PTZ camera. Thanks
