  1. I'm looking for a DVR with some very specific functionality... I'm wondering what make and models would fit my needs? any and all input is appreciated. - would *prefer* that it be a stand alone DVR instead of PC based. - HD-SDI: *ALL* cameras connected to it will be HD-SDI.. - needs to have decent FPS (about 10-15FPS) per camera channel assuming DVR is utilizing all Cameras. - H.264 - need to have audio recording ability as well - system needs to be Triplex: (1) Record to DVR, (2) live stream to local Display (3) Live stream to *multiple* remote connections (Phone/Tablet, and/or browser based remote connection) - Multiplex display: ability to display all cameras on the display - motion based recording to DVR (can be setup to record only those video where there is motion) - send me email when motion alert is triggered,.. and include as attachment in email either compressed low-res video or bust of pictures. - FTP: can be setup to upload recordings to a remote FTP server, based on schedule (e.g. at night) - Web-server**: ability to download recordings through network, instead of physical connection. (*not needed if it has FTP feature as i can just download it from FTP server). it goes without saying that DVR needs to have good video processing. etc..
