How do I post items for sale? There is no button that I can find to create a new thread to post items.

I would like to post some bosch and Pelco equipment for sale but have nothing to add to any existing threads. How many post are required before being able to post to the classifieds. For reference I am a Moderator on another forum and can supply references to that and numerous online sales if you like.
