Has anyone set up the Geovision data capture box to a Micros POS system and if so is it a smooth transition and does the information come across without any messed up text? Any help and/or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I have been having minor issues for a few months, but since Fri afternoon I have not been able to connect to any sites using dipmap. Unfortunately I am glad to hear others having the same issue, thought it was my VISTA laptop that I have been trying to get the 8.2 software on causing the issues.

I have a customer that is receiving an echo when listening to his 1480 system via his Compaq Presario Y2000 laptop with windows XP home. The audio sounds great on my laptop and on several different PC's that I have tried, the issue is with the laptop. The security settings are set to medium with all Active X controls on or prompted. The video streams and looks great. Are there any settings that need to be changed on the Compaq that I am missing?
